Bruno Poppoli, the notorius Butcher of Chicago. He is actually from Rome but moved to Chicago since he was a kid. He is infamous for his gruesome ways to kill his opponents. In short, he is a hired mercenary, depends of the payment, he would kill his own boss for money.
This time, he works for Visconsi's side. He believes that Visconsi will change Chicago. But what he doesn't know is that his encounter with Charlie will also change his life as well.
